He was transparent from the beginning, followed through on everything he said, and never made me feel like I was getting the typical dealership runaround. Friendly, efficient, and had me in and out without trying to turn a 20 minute process into a two hour sales pitch. Overall, the whole team was great to work with. Had issues with our AC as a result from a line being installed incorrect when the truck was manufactured. Shane was great to help work with GM to correct the issue. He provided timely updates and even got us a courtesy vehicle since the repair took a little longer than anticipated.

Corey did a great job. Buying cars is typically such a pain. All the back and forth. I was probably not as pleasant as I normally am because it feels like you have to be so guarded in what you say. Then you go on to the finance guy and he trys to sell you all the warranty stuff etc etc. I will say that I came in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I had my rate already approved and I was worried that would make it harder to get things done because they'd push for their own lenders. But it was great. The truck was ready when I got here, we test drove it. Corey was pretty quick to get everything moved along, the finance team was awesome too. Everything went so smooth I'm almost sitting here still feeling like something else is going to come up. I'd for sure recommend Corey, he was polite, engaging and felt like he was just wanting to make sure everyone wins. Same for the whole staff.
