Great experience overall - I was in a tough spot right after a vehicle purchase (Not from Jerry Seiner, from a different dealership). Was referred to Jerry Seiner by a family friend, they did a good job.

Had issues with our AC as a result from a line being installed incorrect when the truck was manufactured. Shane was great to help work with GM to correct the issue. He provided timely updates and even got us a courtesy vehicle since the repair took a little longer than anticipated.

Today on 29 July, I came in for my routine oil change and tire rotation. Jeremy,, the service writer has been taken care of me and my family for many years. I just want to to compliment the team for providing excellent service and great care of my vehicle. I pay attention to details and the service team could not have delivered a higher standard.
