Tyler in Service is excellent. He completed the work in less time than expected. I had a new key programmed. He also went above and beyond in making sure the old key (that the former owner may still have) was deactivated. He charged me a fair price. He is focused on customer service.

Corey did a great job. Buying cars is typically such a pain. All the back and forth. I was probably not as pleasant as I normally am because it feels like you have to be so guarded in what you say. Then you go on to the finance guy and he trys to sell you all the warranty stuff etc etc. I will say that I came in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I had my rate already approved and I was worried that would make it harder to get things done because they'd push for their own lenders. But it was great. The truck was ready when I got here, we test drove it. Corey was pretty quick to get everything moved along, the finance team was awesome too. Everything went so smooth I'm almost sitting here still feeling like something else is going to come up. I'd for sure recommend Corey, he was polite, engaging and felt like he was just wanting to make sure everyone wins. Same for the whole staff.

Tyler was incredible working with me multiple times to find a hidden issue that was difficult to diagnose. His dedication allowed the issue to be found and resolved. Thanks Tyler.

When I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. My advisor was friendly, attentive and listened to any and all of my concerns. He clearly communicated a timeline and all aspects of it. He offered transportation to and from home while service was being performed. I also appreciated how clear the communication was during the service. I received text and video updates clearly communicating the service and inspection process and all findings. This was a refreshing departure from the service I had been receiving from the GMC dealership I purchased my vehicle from. When you spend 6 figures for a vehicle part of what I expect with that purchase is a high level of support after the sale and a premium customer service experience. I feel that I received that for the first time during my first visit to Jerry Seiner GMC. Other GMC dealerships in the Salt Lake Valley should take note.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. I had an engine coolant leak and the representative was able to get me scheduled that same morning. As always, the service was excellent and they took care of all the details. The warranty repair was completed by the very next day, which I really appreciated. Went in to look at a specific truck and I didn’t want to waste my time, so I called and spoke to Nathan who answered questions about this certain truck over the phone. Decided to go and test drive it. When I arrived one of the questions he could not answer over the phone, he was waiting for me with the answer on top of having the vehicle up front and ready for me to drive it. Nathan was not pushy. He was relaxed and made me feel like a person. He listened and valued what I was saying and wanted. Even if I do or don’t buy a vehicle with him I had to let people know he is a wonderful person to deal with! I would recommend him to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle! Marian in finance was very friendly and personable! Thoroughly enjoyed sitting down with him!

I would like to personally thank Ben Gallegos and Brandon Slater for their help on completing the accessories for my new truck. Ben went out of his way to track down the rims I wanted for my Canyon AT4X. The rims are perfect and he also got my steps installed since they needed my truck longer waiting for the rims that got delayed in transit. I was happy Brandon was my service advisor. He is friendly, spent the time needed to make sure all of the work was completed before I picked up my truck. He kept me updated throughout the process and responded quickly when I reached out with questions. It is nice to know this is the type of customer service I will receive through the life of my vehicle and my future purchases.

This location strives hard to get 5 star reviews. I really would like to give a 5 star review but I just can’t! I would love to share all the details of my service, but really would rather not type out a novel. Bottom line… over charged for the work, and then never quoted a price for my return trip in so I was surprised I got charged again when this should have been taken care of the first time. Nice people just lacking communication!

Frantically pulled into the Jerry Seiner with my 1 year old and a flat tire! Scary situation but was greeted by Tyler Evans who graciously dropped what he was doing to come help drive my car the rest of the way into the shop. The team there was awesome at patching my tire and getting me on my way. So grateful for the kind and honest care they gave me that day!

This is the first time I have purchased a GMC vehicle and to be honest with you I wasn't planning on it. When we walked in we were greeted by a delightful and professional manager Frank Pereira. I discussed how my lease was ending on my RAV4 and I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it or not. He was so nice and walked me through my Toyota lease and gave me his professional opinion on whether or not I should buy it based on the access mileage I had put on it. He came across genuine, knowledgeable, and made points I hadn't considered. I immediately felt like I made the right choice to go to their dealership. Frank introduced my husband and me to our salesman, Chris Warr. I was bracing myself for a typical car buying experience and I was blown away by Chris's demeanor. I have dealt with a lot of salespeople in my life and Chris is the best of the best and someone you would recommend to your closest friends. He has excellent people skills and traits you simply can't teach someone. I sincerely believe he was hand picked for us. His attention to detail matched ours and he was so patient with my multiple questions, since I have been driving a Toyota hybrid for the last 4 years. I initially fell in love with the design of the GMC Canyon, but I care for my elderly mother and frankly I have some hip issues that would have been aggravated climbing in and out of the truck. Chris's ability to not only listen, but to empathize and assure me he could help me find a vehicle that would not only fit into my lifestyle, but please the "tomboy" in me (my words, not his) really solidified me wanting to keep exploring GMC options. He showed me a Terrain AT4 and after driving it I knew it was a contender, but I really wanted to see it in the Downpour blue color. My husband chuckled at my focus on the vehicle color and I knew it was silly to some extent, but I knew it would help my decision process. Chris couldn't have been more accommodating. He was able to locate a Denali Terrain the dealership had delivered to a local boat show in that color. The problem...the boat show was scheduled for the weekend and it was a weekday. Nonetheless, we drove there and he was able to get us inside the building to see the color "live and in person", plus it was nice to rule out a Denali. It may seem like a simple gesture to track down the color I wanted, but to cater to a person's request without judgement and to not dismiss them is rare these days. The best part, seeing it solidified my choice and I decided I liked the Sterling Metallic better. Truthfully, I was dreading sitting down and working out the purchase details. I have to chuckle...perfect example of anticipatory fear dwarfing the actual event. I can't stress enough how much different it was than when I leased my RAV4. After choosing my accessories with Ben Gallegos (who was so unassuming and efficient, really good at his job) we reviewed the price and before we knew we were ready to finalize our purchase. At this point I was so impressed by everyone we met I didn't expect to be equally impressed in the finance office. My goodness, Marian Ciubotaru, was so thorough, but what impressed me the most was his ability to answer our questions in a way we could understand even if that meant explaining it differently until he knew we had a firm grasp of the contract. I would never hesitate to send someone to purchase a vehicle if he was handling the paperwork due to the complete transparency we experienced. There was no hidden agenda. Just a straight up business transaction that put a smile on my face. In fact at the end of the day after dealing with Frank, Chris, Ben, and Marian my husband nudged me and said he is considering buying his vehicle here instead of at the Ford dealership. I can understand why. If you hate car shopping like me do yourself a favor and go to Jerry Seiner GMC South Jordan and ask for Chris Warr.
