Had my truck in for 30k mile maintenance. Both diffs, transmission, and transfercase serviced. Work was performed well but the service writer up sold me to an oil and tire rotation package even though I wasn't in for one at the time. Oil life was still at 40-50% It was a good price for the holiday weekend I guess so I purchased the prepaid plan. When I came back the next day to pick up the truck they told me they did an oil change. I didn't request it or even know they were doing it. Charged me for one of the three prepaid oil changes. Seems a bit predatory and cost me $100 for something I didn't need
