Great experience with routine maintenance and oil change. In and out in a timely fashion. Received a video showing me the undercarriage of my truck. Have always had a good experience with Jerry Seiner GMC’s service department.

We bring my husbands truck for routine oil change service and it seems to take all day every time. I don’t understand why we make a 9am apt time if we won’t get the truck back until after 3pm. Every other dealership we have worked with an oil change has never taken more than 90min even with a walk in appointment. It would be nice if we didn’t have to plan to have no vehicle for the entire day just for an oil change especially given that he works in a trade and uses his truck for work. The additional Features of the oil change such as the video walk through of the 10 point inspection is great but I would value timely service so much more.

Great experience checking in, transporting, and picking up of my vehicle. They missed filling my Def fluid so have to take the back in to have service complete. Everything else is excellent so will be returning in the future,

Great experience from first phone call for appointment to meeting with service writer. Had a recall on my Chev 4500 express motorhome and it’s usually a fiasco getting a dealer to work on it when they hear the word motorhome. Buyer beware. I was trying to buy a car and they tried to sneak in a service warranty on a new vehicle without even mentioning it to me. Seems pretty underhanded and shady to me. As a result I wouldn’t buy from this dealer

What an amazing purchase experience! I just purchased a 2025 Acadia Denali and boy, was it worth the wait! Unlike the 2017 Ford Expedition I had previously, it charges both my MacBook AND my iPhone easily, and the drive is extremely smooth and quiet! Bose speaker system makes it even better! A SPECIAL thank you to Kayla at GMC, who went above and beyond for us. We are now loyal GMC fans thanks to her!

Great experience. Kayla was our sales rep, and her customer experience was supportive and never aggressive. She took such great care of us that we ended up purchasing two vehicles. I traded in my less than one year old Ford Expedition due to so many problems that the other dealership would not address. Love my new GMC Denali. Thank you! And one more thing to add, we dropped it off for some additional detailing on Saturday, got there at 730am, the service department didn't open until 8am, but they opened up the overhead door and took me right in. That never happened at the Ford dealership. That's what I call the "Disney customer service" experience. Thanks Brandon for going above and beyond. I'm already impressed with Seiner GMC.
